Refund policy

  1. Nearly every customer who wanted to have a refund for the services he opted for. The experience usually is quite uneventful, although sometimes refunds don't go the way we would like them to. But while merchants are not required to accept refunds (unless there is a defect in which case it may be covered by an implied warranty), certain laws govern the disclosure of refund and return policies.
  2. When an individual consumer places an order using the platform offered through the Ordering, Services it will electronically transmit Order information to the applicable client which may include the consumer’s name, phone number, address and email address (the "Transaction Information"). Biz-Pagess will send an automated email message to each consumer.
  3. A customer can claim no refund of his/her monthly listing charge even if they feel they do not need the services. The best we can do is to delist them if they do not want the service. But no refund will be given.
  4. If the customer places an order for an advertisement and the advertisement is posted online then he/she will not be able to claim a refund from us. The advertisement will run through the specified period as paid for by the customer. Even if the customer wants us to take off the advertisement we can do that but there will be no refund initiated at all.

Returns and Refunds: Federal Law

While State Laws primarily govern the issue of returned merchandise or cancellation of service, there's no federal law that requires a merchant to refund money.As Per most State Laws, refunds are subject to the established merchant refund policy at the time of purchase.
